Isolation is one of the weapons that abusers often use against their victims. The more they can limit communication between the victim and the outside world, the more power they are able to exert over the victim's actions and life. The House Of Ruth's 24/7 hotline is a confidential lifeline to victims in need. Counselors are trained in crisis intervention, safety planning, counseling and legal referrals, and pro-active advocacy to victims, as well as their families, friends, and the community in general.

Help is available in every language.
