Ellyn Loy, LCSW-C

Ellyn Loy, LCSW-C is the Director of Counseling Services, Outreach Programs, and Training at the House of Ruth Maryland. She has been providing clinical services to survivors of domestic violence for 20 years.  Ellyn oversees program development, provides clinical supervision to counselors and social workers, and guides training programs in domestic violence for groups such as police, nurses, and mental health professionals.

Ellyn is also the Director of The House of Ruth’s corporate training Program, “When Domestic Violence Comes to Work”. She has provided training to Human Resource Staff and Management personnel at T.Rowe Price and to Employee Assistance Programs at John Hopkins University.

Ms. Loy is a recognized expert in the field of domestic violence and known as a dynamic trainer.
