Disability Outreach Program
Our Disability Outreach Program provides assistance to victims of domestic violence that also have disabilities. These include physical, sensory, emotional, cognitive and developmental disabilities.
Through our participation in MD_DART (Maryland Disability Abuse Response Team) we can facilitate a team of professionals from both the disability and the domestic violence/sexual assault community to come together to help victims with disabilities stay independent and safe.
Partners in MD_DART include Making Choices for Independent Living (MCIL), The League for the Disabled, The ARC of Baltimore, Baltimore Crisis Response Team, MOSAIC, Department Rehabilitative Services (DORS) and the Speech and Hearing Agency. (For a full list of partners call 410-889-0840.)
